Coastal Family Dermatology is contracted with PPO plans of Aetna, Anthem, Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, HealthNet, Secure Horizons, Tricare, and CenCal. We also are Medicare and Medi-cal providers.
Plan networks may vary based on geographic location, individual or group plans. Please check with your insurance to confirm we are in network. Use the links below, along with your insurance card to find out now if we are in your network.
OUT OF NETWORK INSURANCE: If we are not contracted with your insurance, we encourage you to contact them directly to see if your plan provides out-of-network benefits.
CASH PATIENTS: If you do not have insurance, or if you have HMO insurance, Coastal Family Dermatology offers reasonable cash rates for new and return patient visits. If a biopsy or procedure is performed this may be at an additional charge. Any charges will be explained prior to performing any procedures.
- Please bring your insurance card with you to your appointment. If an insurance card is not available, payment at the time of service is required. Co-payments are due at the time of service.
- As each insurance policy is unique, it is your responsibility to verify with your insurance prior to your visit whether or not the services we provide will be covered benefits under your plan. You are ultimately responsible for your bill.
